I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Crown Inn, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the courteous staff. The room itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation after a long day of travel. The bed was luxurious and ensured a restful night's sleep, while the amenities provided added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay. One aspect that stood out to me was the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. Despite being in a bustling city center, the Crown Inn felt like a tranquil oasis thanks to the immaculate surroundings. The hotel's location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation hubs. Whether I was exploring the city or simply unwinding at the hotel, everything was conveniently within reach. Additionally, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. From accommodating special requests to offering helpful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Overall, my experience at Hotel Crown Inn exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Karachi. Just giving lower grade because of an old bathroom (this just need to be improved), but this can be easily solved. And I think during my stay they were renovating some rooms. Otherwise hotel is clean, staff is friendly. It really deserves good rating and 3*. For Pakistani standards this is really a pleasant stay for a good price. Unfortunately I didn't try the complimentary breakfast, because I never like to eat in the hotel, so I can't tell anything about the food. It would be nice if the room service menu would be active. But the staff can arrange almost anything you want to eat. And surely can't beat the location. It's next to small shops, restaurants and fruit stalls. Cheap to get anywhere by rickshaw.

Staff was polite and friendly I checked in on the day of power breakdown in the whole country 23rd January and they kept on the generator and everything was running on generator even ac. They only turned it off for 30 mins for safety measure check of generator but they informed 30 mins prior of this activity. Lifts are clean and even working on generator. Washroom amenities are good. Beds are clean and room is well furnished

Breakfast was slightly different daily and everything was perfect. Room service is professional, reception, laundary is professional. They do even have dine-in and food delivery services directly to room.
